Jedná se o prostorné studio apartmány o ploše cca 50 m2 s galerií. V dolní části je na jedné straně ložnicový prostor s manželskou postelí oddělený dekorační stěnou a na druhé straně obývací postor s rozkládacím gaučem, dále pak kuchyňka a WC se sprchovým koutem. V nadzemní prostorné galerii jsou pak další 2 postele. Kychyň je plně vybavená včetně lednice, rychlovarné konvice a mikrovlnné trouby. Před vchodem je terasa s rozkládající protisluneční pergolou pro venkovní posezení a s krásným výhledem na přístav Punat. Max. počet osob: 2+2+1

There is a large, partially covered terrace with a view of the Punat harbor. Max number of people: 2+2
